threesome - delicious and fragrant

The sight of KL from where we had our date :)

I might not be the bravest person on earth. Sometimes I have a very specific fear called Nonacceptance. In this world of technology, things are rarely seen as genuine. You have Photo Shop to wipe off your pimples, you have Google Translate to correct your grammar before you tweet or post your status, you have Wikipedia to supply you with facts and make you look smart instead of empty headed.

But in reality, you can't rehearse the spontaneous gestures, facial expression or unexpected questions and conversations. You just have to be yourself. You just need to make sure that you are sincere in everything you do. Well, actually, the decision is all yours. If you choose to be nice, you will be nice. If you choose to pretend, then a pretender you will be. Some of us choose to be bad; despite the kind heart we keep in our chest.

Some of us just choose to go au naturel :)
3 bloggers. 3 different backgrounds. 3 locations. 3 ideologies.

We never met each other. We just read each other's blog, read each other's tweets and just...respond to each other when the time comes.

It started with just simple idea. Why don't we meet each other with a flower in our hand?

I couldn't remember exactly what triggered this idea - I believed it got something to do with a normal tweets about flowers and eventually ended up into a commitment. We called it a Flower Date :)

We knew how long it took to make this a reality. We planned it since last year when I stopped blogging for a while but the commitment just delayed it until....
...yesterday :)

Ben's KLCC - this was where we had it at last.

I had this idea of having some coffee and lepak at a quiet place called RAW Coffee at Jalan Ampang (insyaAllah will blog this later); unfortunately the place was closed for the holiday season. The best part was when it came to finding the flowers. It was hard for some of us since we could not get the flower that we wanted. Even when we settled for the second, third and so on option, the flowers were expensive!!!

But we still did it and we went to one of my favorite lepaking spot called Ben's in KLCC. That was...after I left the office (I was working folks!).

Our food - Ben's House Salad, Carbonara and Aglio - with latte and orange juice. And the flowers :)

The first thing that we did was to entangle the flowers from their wraps. Well, we agreed that the flowers must be at their natural state from the florists. As an ice breaker, we played with the Q&A cards which the restaurant has provided on their table. I would say that we were shy at first, everyone was reserved with comments and the cards helped only a bit. But the moment we managed to finish the food - that was when we started talking. Perhaps, we were famished! :P

Check out the hands - what were they doing? Hehehe.

I would reserve my comments on the gals - but all I could say was that I enjoyed our time tremendously and I had the best companions! Otherwise, we would not be sitting there from 4pm to 7pm. We were politely asked to leave by the restaurateur - but it was all good since we had a good service yesterday (compared to the times that I went to Ben's before this). Obviously, bloggers loved photos and so did I. All photos that which were posted in this post came from my Instagram :P

Where the rest of the stories unfolded :)

And this was one of the things which we discussed yesterday. This was my favourite book. It was called the Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. The purpose of this book was to check on the meaning of the flowers that we brought yesterday. Well, besides, this is the time when I should be telling you folks about the angels I met yesterday and the meaning of the flowers they brought yesterday:

Len Inouie - with the red rose (True Love)
4feet8 - with the gerbera daisy (Innocence and Beauty)

and myself...

with Eustoma Lisianthus - in shades of pink, purple, white and green.
(Appreciation)

See? We were quite romantic. That was before we discussed other topics and strolled at the Water Fountain of KLCC. Well, we had pictures of ourselves but that was quite personal. Sorry:)

Nevertheless, we have planned for the next theme, we have decided on the date, we have looked into the places and made several plans - all I could say was, we planned to meet each other again.

Why?

For obvious reasons, folks. We enjoyed ourselves! It was such a relaxing time we had together, meaningful, full of chats on things we might never had with other people in reality plus...this date, unlike the other dates was something rare and uncommon. Just like the girls :)

Threesome was totally delicious and fragrant.

Hahahahahaha...til next time folks! :)

I remember. I was in a florist shop.. and I mentioned about flower..and coincidentally you were talking about flower too.. and we talk about it. I think it was some sort of argument. 4feet8 mentioned about flower date.. and thats how it started.
